Description:

An Emerald Green Leaf Beetle with yellow legs. Even the underside is a shiny metallic green (last picture). The elytra and thorax are deeply punctate.
About 7 mm long. Family Chrysomelidae.

Habitat:

Found on a bush on the Highway between San Cristobal and Tuxtla Gutierrez, Km 17.5, 1164 meters.
