Arthropod nest? found on underside of a mango (Mangifera indica) leaf.

Habitat:

Large semi-urban yard/garden next to a disturbed patch of remnant forest.

You sure do. I wonder what this one is because the fibers look coarser and the weave straighter. I debated opening it up at the time but decided to leave it alone. I checked it a couple of times with no change. One day the leaf was gone...
