I spotted this in the old canal leading to Glendale Ave. Not to good with my ID of aquatic plants.

It does look like that. I think it must be related.

It looks a bit like parrot feather (Myriophyllum aquaticum),but I don't believe it grows under watwer like that. Maybe related?
