Wikipedia makes it clear that the second and third pictures are eggs
yes, I believe so. I've never really seen the casings that clearly though.
Erin, Are the other things the pupae/pupal casings?
the first picture looks just like fruit fly larvae. I raise fruit flies in a lab and they look identical.
