Description:

A beautifully colored leaf beetle usually occurs with pale tan colors but the red stripes along its elytra are unusually strong.

This species is similar to Paropsisterna decolorata but there is some difficulty in deciding if it fits into that species.

Habitat:

Feeding on leaves of red box eucalypt.
In a nature reserve.
