Need to check its origination fro Europe or East Asia.
Leafs are similar in this plants... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lavatera
Its a typical Central American mallow.
It looks a lot like a Hibiscus and it may be related but it only gets to be about 12 inches tall and is very delicate, unlike the Hibiscus.
