Field Notes

Description:

Medium sized gray wader that bobs it's tail. Larger then a Spotted Sandpiper with horizontal jagged bars on the chest. Dark bill and stocky yellow legs. Dark lores and white over the eyes.<br>
Found on the southern edge of it's range. There were two here but only got sight of one.

Habitat:

Spotted on rocky shores
