That's a cute frog belly! Rana temporaria is found in Europe and not in North America. Additionally, Rana temporaria is a ground frog and can't climb windows. This looks like you have a native Treefrog, either a Cope's Gray Treefrog or a Gray Treefrog. Visually they look the same so they can't be separated with a photo.
