Field Notes

Small warbler with a grey head and distinctive white eye rings. The ring thickness may mean that it is male, but this is just a guess. It has a yellow breast with a green back.

Habitat:

College campus with over 5,000 trees. Nicely landscaped with bushes to provide addition sheltering and nesting sites.

Notes:

Warbler flew into glass door. It was dazed for 5-10 minutes. It flew off the hand into landed near a bushy area. Reference is an excellent site bird information, including its song..
