Description:

The meerkat or suricate, Suricata suricatta, is a small mammal belonging to the mongoose family.

Habitat:

Allwetterzoo Münster, Germany-------------Natural Habitat: Meerkats live in all parts of the Kalahari Desert in Botswana, in much of the Namib Desert in Namibia and southwestern Angola, and in South Africa.

Notes:

Two babies, i guess it was one of their first times outside..
Picture was taken by my boyfriend, we share the account, because we often don't exactly know who took the picture.. :)
