Field Notes

Habitat:

At 2055 ft. elevation, serpentine soil, mostly Douglas fir forest, in an old rock quarry.

Notes:

It seems to have been planted in the "butterfly garden" at the 7 milepost on FS 3650 (3313), near the Kalmiopsis wilderness, but it's native to that area.
