Description:

Horntail, sawfly, wasp? I thought it might be a pigeon horntail, but after doing a bit of research it doesn't seem to be the correct I.D. This thing was large and fast and had an ovipositor (?) as long as its body. I'd love to know what it is!
Edit: Giant Ichneumon!
