i think it could be a Texas Wild Olive
Paulownia tomentosa also known as Royal paulownia or Princess tree.
It would be very helpful to have a photo of the whole plant or at least a good description. For example, type of plant (tree, shrub or herb), height, whether the leaves come off the stem singly or have multiple leaflets that make up the leaf.
