Description:

Beige colored, hairy, woolly caterpillar munching away at a leaf on an unknown bush. Appears to have what I would call a mustache.

Habitat:

On a leaf of an un-identified bush in the woods of southeastern PA USA.

Thank you Steffi. After reading about the Tussock caterpillar on the link you provided, I think I'll be satisfied with the idea it's some sort of Tussock moth. To determine exactly which species requires "dissection of the genitalia!" - at least according to the link! Tussock moth it is to me and I'll leave it that!
I think it may be some sort of Tussock Mother caterpillar - maybe Halysidota harrisii? ( http://bugguide.net/node/view/423 )
