Description:

White/light brown parasol shaped mushroom about 3cm tall

Habitat:

Open field with regular watering from sprinkler at Lake Dixon.

they look like flowers.. very nice
i think dandoucette defintitly hits the right direction
I'm not a mushroom expert by any means but these do look similar to Pinwheel Marasmius, M. rotula. They are probably in that genus. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marasmius
