The closest match I could find is the woodland skipper (Ochlodes sylvanoides) http://www.butterfliesandmoths.org/species/Ochlodes-sylvanoides

I've just checked on the range of the Hobomok & it isn't native to Washington state so I am going to do a bit more research & see if I can ID it for you.
