Description:

This was a night visit to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Atlanta, GA. In the low light, these zinnias were neon colored. I wonder if the lower light conditions made these flowers glow. To get the color, I had to slow the shutter speed and that plus my hand caused the blurry. It made me wonder how some animals are tuned to seeing infrared, heat, colors we can't, etc.

Ashish, possibly, but I would not say these were "dwarfs" as they were about 1 to 2 feet tall. That doesn't seem "dwarf" to me.
