Species ID Suggestions

OK, now I know from where the ID is coming from. I would agree with the other one, but this one I am not sure if it is really Trilocha varians, but I might be wrong with being sceptic. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/180286021 http://www.flickr.com/photos/77995220@N00/9253465902
Hi Bayucca, I am not sure about the ID but I try and hope that I would get suggestions from experts. :)) Thank you.
Trichola varians looks indeed not bad and varians means also variable, but how sure you/we are on the ID? Not that I want to challenge your ID, I just want to be sure, that we have the correct one.
