Description:

not a very clear photo of mating under a leaf. Amata are tiger moths.

Notes:

don't think this one has a common english name yet. as most critters, this one has a name from China, Taiwan, and none from Hong Kong. The Taiwanese name translates to Black Ring Belt Deer Moth.
