Description:

Harvestmen are arachnids, but are not spiders. All spiders have two body segments, a thorax and an abdomen, while Harvestmen only have one body segment. They also don't possess silk glands, so they can't produce webs. Uniquely among the arachnids they possess a penis, and copulate with direct fertilization.

Thanks Luc - very interesting. I will change the description & copy this info into the description. They nearly got a good shower as I was about to water the tree that the mulch is around - I guided them away with my fingers & they were so engrossed in what they were doing that I don't think they noticed!
Harvestmen are arachnids, but are not spiders. If you notice, all spiders have two body segments, a thorax and an abdomen, while Harvestmen only have one body segment. They also don't possess silk glands, so they can't produce webs. Uniquely among the arachnids they possess a penis, and copulate with direct fertilization. This is what most people call a Daddy Longlegs, though they also may be referring to a Cellar Spider. This is a male, you can tell by the long chelicerae at the front. :))
You surprised them this in a moment of passion :) hahaha. No joke ,this must be rare to see this , one is darker interesting :)
