Description:

This variety was growing in the Edible Gardens outside the greenhouses. It was an interesting color. The steps were also red. Okra is a "southern" food favorite, especially fried. Well, in the south, we fry and eat just about anything.

Habitat:

Night visit to the Gardens. Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Atlanta, GA outside area
