Field Notes

Description:

An attractive chocolate swirl moth of about 16mm length.

Habitat:

Nature reserve adjoining national park.

Notes:

Commonly called 'Cabbage Centre Grub'. This one is a Brassica eater... probably bred by that market gardener guy out the back who grows nothing but brussel sprouts. Idiot. I hope the moths enjoy a big feast on it.
