Field Notes

Description:

Green flying insect with white stripes on abdomen, pink and green eyes and a white stripe down each side on the wings. Wings mimic plant leaves.
First image shows the ears on the forelegs (brown oval).
The second and third image show a white part of the insect. I believe this is a female laying eggs.
There were two on the same flower. The last image shows the other one.

Habitat:

Perez's Sea Lavender plant in backyard.
