Description:

I believe this is a winged male bug. Barely bigger than a pin head. banded wings and large eyes. It was flexing it's wings in what looked like a mating ritual.

Habitat:

garage door. Cataula Ga

I think this may be a Signal Fly, possibly from genus Rivellia. https://bugguide.net/node/view/18172
ugh, now I feel silly... I should have counted the legs.
You should separate this into two spottings. The first one is a fly the other one is a spider.
