Oops, those would be Double-crested Cormorants.
You have, at least, a Great Egret, a Snowy Egret, lots of Brown Pelicans, and lots of Couble-crested Cormorants. That's great news! Balanced by... I need you to make a choice so that we can give this spotting the name of a bird and a scientific name. However, you can add this photo multiple times. You may want to crop it different ways to highlight different birds. That way, you could have an entry for each of the types in this photo. If you have questions or need help, just let me know.
