Field Notes

Description:

Grey/White Mushroom. Apprx 12 cm high and 8 cm across the top. Top is scaly. Couldn't see the gills. On some of the more mature ones, the edges were turning stringy, black, and slimy.

Habitat:

Growing in a lawn by an office building.
