That's what I thought!
Karen, I think this is a male based upon its bushy antennae; females would have much less feathering on the antennae.
Gordon, am I right in assuming this is a male?
I'm jealous - I've not seen one yet!
They are huge, aren't they? I found a cacoon once on a tree branch that we accidentally pruned off a backyard tree. We put it in a terrarium and it popped out the next day. Very cool!
