Description:

Aphrophoridae; Aphrophora ; Aphrophora auropilosa (Matsumura, 1907). I only managed to take the photos shown above, before the Froghopper jumped and I lost it. According to Wikipedia, the nymphs of this bug are also known as Spittlebugs.

Habitat:

This Froghopper was found on a leaf on the ground during the pruning of a tree in our front yard.

No it's working for me as well as from the other site box so it's probably working for others too.
Thanks Mark, it might be an insecure sight. I don't know how these things work, but since you mentioned that possibility I noticed that it has the "http" prefix rather than "https". Do you think I should remove it from my spotting page? John B.
Might be an 'insecure site' and/or timing issue with 'other site' box. It works for me.
