unknown grasshopper nymph

Thanks! I always like grasshopper nymphs, but this one stood out because of it's incredible tiny size and good camouflage.

Thanks for the interesting question. I shot several photos of this tiny nymph but only this one turned out well. It was shot at a relatively high ISO (400), with a fast exposure (1/1000th), at a medium f-stop (8.0). It helped that I could rest the lens hood directly on the ground. :)
