Description:

Eggs of some kind

Habitat:

Fresh water pond new jersey

Notes:

Possibly is a cluster of tadpole eggs. Little black things falling off. We did catch about 9 tadpoles of varying sizes that day

I think this is what is called "freshwater coral" (but it is not related to coral), a member of the "phylum" Bryozoa, "class" Phylactolaemata. See http://savoringservant.blogspot.com/2011/10/many-hands-bryozoan-colonies-and-clouds.html When I was a kid we used to call a golden-colored species that we saw on lake docks, "fungus amongus" (but of course, it's not a fungus :-)
