A wasp, with a long tail

Habitat:

Spotted in a tropical northen part of India.

Notes:

A lean, wasp, with a long tail. Looks bit strange with that tail. About an Inch in length.

I think this is a Braconidae http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Braconidae or maybe Ichneumonidae http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ichneumonidae If you don't know them pretty well you really need to see wing venation to tell them apart
