I'd never seen this kind of dragonfly before but what amaze me the most is the eye pattern.

Habitat:

Near a creek in an arid area.

Wow! I've never seen eyes like that on a Dragonfly! I saw and liked the photo Juan Carlos put up in June, but didn't realize it had eyes like that. Must have crossed with a Tabanid…...
