Field Notes

Description:

The Eastern Rosella is a colourful Australian bird which include yellow, red, green, and blue, and has distinctive white cheeks. Approx. size ranges from 28 to 32 cm

Habitat:

I spotted several of these beautiful birds while visiting my cousin on the Central Coast of NSW Australia. This particular one was in my cousin's Neighbour's grassed back yard. This is typical of it's more common feeding habit on grassed lawns pastures and similar clearings
