I do not know what's it called, but I like the picture!:)
Piali I think you will have to do more research as to what this bird might be. I have my doubts about black headed munia. Here's the link to BHM: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black-headed_Munia I feel its a red vented bulbul, here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red-vented_Bulbul The black head, colours of the feathers and the beak matches RVB and not BHM, that is what I feel.
