I agree with Eric. This is a White-Bellied Sea Eagle (Haliaeetus leucogaster).
Hi Norman. I think this is a White-bellied Sea Eagle. You might want to qualify the name since Philippine Eagle is used for the Monkey-eating eagle (Pithecophaga jefferyi) :-)
