Because of the colour it seems more likely that this is a Changeable (or Oriental Garden) Lizard. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oriental_garden_lizard
Ha ha yeah he was chilling right under the Sun, lets hope he didnt get burnt.
He's lovely. Looks he's getting a suntan. (That's probably why he's not so green!) :-)
