From the color it also could be a Red Cedar in a juvenile state - they need ages to grow to the giants we know.
Try wikipedia - and check Thuja, Cupressaceae and maybe Cedrus - for sure you can say that this is a type of Pinus.
It's possible - I'll go out and have another look. Is there a decent "plant/tree ID" website for reference?
Hm...looks more like a Thuja to me. Sure about the Juniper?
