Description:

A type of small succulent (note leaf) spotted in Pinellas Co., FL. FL gulf coast.

Habitat:

Spotted growing on a rock in the US tropical south. FL gulf coast.

I have not found anything further. So, have updated with your info. Thanks!! Have also emailed the county extension (which is at the botanical garden - how convenient) to see what they have to say. It was just off the parking lot so we'll see what they have to say...
This is a Kalanchoe but I'm not sure which species.
