Field Notes

Description:

A very common nudibranch in the Indo-Pacific. The white bumps, called tubercles, vary significantly between individuals in appearance and colour (they can be pink or green too). It is believed that the colouration has something to do with diet and time since it last ate.

Habitat:

Coral reefs of the Indo-Pacific.

Notes:

Despite these guys being common, I only got a few photos of them. I was actually practising my buoyancy techniques with this photo haha!
