Description:
White flower with red center, yellow stamens, red stigmas. Palmate leaves. Dark ridges on calyx. This plant is native to Europe and considered weedy or invasive in most of the U.S. It is sometimes called flower-of-an-hour because each flower is only open for an hour or two total.
Habitat:
Growing on a disturbed construction area near velvetleaf and thistles.
