Description:

The Banded Garden Spider is a people friendly arachnid. They really don't get cranky unless it is a female with egg sacks in web and you really irritate it. Don't try this with a recluse or widow however! As you can see, the human hand does not constitute part of the Banded's food chain. He is quite a light footed walker, I could barely feel it marching about. He was very content exploring to see if he could find a place for his new web. After this I happily returned him to the location he called home prior to the short displacement.

A spider in the hand is worth two in the web any day!
Haha... Thanks for sharing...!!
Ah, you are quite correct. It was my pleasure to entertain this fine lady for a moment.
In Argiope sp and weaver spiders males are very small and Females are major in activity and work so in size.
In your story spider must by her or she... as this is female spider.
Yes, it has a web on the south side of my house. I brought it in the house so my wife could take some shots. She didn't want to hold it though - Ha!
Haha... so you wear her... to show size... Nice... Is she had a web..?
