Description:

One of Ohio's most common native orchid species is Nodding Lady's Tresses, (Spiranthes cernua), which blooms in the fall.

Habitat:

Growing in open meadow

Notes:

Found in the Hourglass Pond area - edge of Rhododendron garden/Conifer collection, The Holden Arboretum, Lake County, Kirtland Twp., Kirtland, OH 44094
