Notes:

There are noticeably fewer butterflies in our yard now so it was a treat to see this beautiful red-spotted purple on one of our buddleia.

Added to Animals with Warning Colors mission. The Red spotted purple & other species such as the Spicebush swallowtail & the black morph of the Eastern tiger swallowtail mimic the poisonous Pipevine swallowtail.
Thanks Guys! We get a few of these round here but usually I just see them 'sunning' this is the first one I have seen actually visit a flower!
