I know that this image was posted YEARS ago but can I just say that this is not a little corella, it is a long-billed corella. I can understand the confusion between the two but this one here is a long-billed corella:)
I think Steven is right, the top mandible is to long for the Little Corella. Great sighting :-)
The corella in the middle is actually a long billed corella (Cacatua tenuirostris) Native to your area, but introduced to mine.
:)) has a sweet name as well!
Yeah that's it is a Little Corella- Cacatua sanguinea/ Bare-eyed Cockatoo thanks so much! :D
Looks like he is Little Corella(Cacatua sanguinea)
I am interested in identify the guy in the middle. He had a particular personality, very friendly. But it looks so different to the other cockatoos
