Observed in the forest in the West Maui Mountains of Hawai'i.

From the Ka'anapali Coastline, Honokowai Valley is nothing more than a slim pleat in the West Maui Mountains

There's something magical about butterflies... beautiful pic!
I had no idea that their range includes Hawaii but I have confirmed this on butterfliesandmoths.org. Another nice spot!
