Description:

I was making a photo of a Bulbophyllum and suddenly I realized that this cool spider was perfectly hidden on the trunk. Its size is 8mm.

Amazing shot... and a beautiful spider!
I donth think it is moss but camouflage. Here is a pictrure a friend made in Ecuador, where the green details are very clear http://www.flickr.com/photos/primevalnature/5848180622/ On the high res pic, it is clear that there is nothing growing on top of the spider, not even a lichen. I am very positive that, the green is the main color on the spider, that resembles lichen, it is so cool
is this actually moss on it's abdomen?? how...???
