A fairly small lizard, greenish in colour.

Notes:

Maramagambo Forest is located in Bushenyi, Uganda, close to the border with The Congo. It is part of the Queen Elizabeth National Park and is located in the southern part of the forest.

Thank Neil, that looks like the one. I got side-tracked because the other ones I saw were so brightly coloured!

I'll stand by my suggestion. Other common names include Black-necked (Ridgeback) Agama, Southern Tree Agama, Blue-throated Agama, Blue-headed Tree Agama. A.a.ugandaensis certainly fits the range of your spotting.
Nice spotting, Pam. There seems to be a lot of colour variation within this species, but the reference link shows a few images. One of these may stand out for you. Another consideration is the Green-headed Tree Agama, but that's only because you say it's mostly green. The range of this species, however, seems to be more in the southern regions of Africa. Hope this helps to gain a definite ID. These are only suggestions.
