It does! http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/species.php?hodges=8807 I also checked on butterfliesandmoths.org & it is listed for Oregon http://www.butterfliesandmoths.org/species/Catocala-irene They currently only have one sighting in their database so it seems quite rare!
That is a possibility. I"ll have to do some more digging and see if irene has the striped legs.
