Description:

Great songster standing on our small Cox apple tree above me from my window. Length 22cm (8.75 inch) Wingspan 30cm (12 inch) Males are quite aggressive on the bird-table and rousts other similar size from its territory in the garden. http://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/northern_cardinal/id

Woodland, parks and gardens.
