The Colaptes auratus or 'Yellow-Shafted Flicker' risides in the Eastern United States. They are yellow beneath the tail and underwings and have yellow shafts on their primaries.

Woodlands,forest edges, fields

this is my favorite spotting that you have posted! Sure, the animals of the zoo are amazing! The photos are nice too.
